Too old to now the language is that the same as a Baker day?
lol what is a baker day?

inset day is where the teachers go to school for training sessions and the kids have an extra day off

A day off for staff training named after the then misinster for Education Kenneth Baker.
do you not think teachers should have more than 1 days training?
They seem to have one every term.
Summer will return tomorrow now the kids have returned to school. Or maybe not
why do they never have inset days during school holidays ?
They do.....on the last day of the holidays..

We call them curriculum days over here - where the teachers are updated on the current curriculum.
