Does anyone know where this is, please?
Once at the cutting edge of the material world, this territory, the most densely populated in the world, has recently taken to gambling in a big way. The varied cuisine reflects a long colonial history: visitors may well end a dinner of fish from the nearby delta with coffee and a version of the world's most famous custard tart. Name the territory.
Could it be Hong Kong? Or Taiwan? From one of the images, it looks as though it's somewhere far eastern Asian.
Macau? It has a (kind of) claim to custard tarts, in the form of pasteis de nata (it was a Portuguese colony) - though Hong Kong is also the possible inventor (giving the good old English version). Macau is also close to a delta, and is a major gambling centre.
