Dip / quill pen writing ink

Does anyone know where I can buy hand writing ink - for dip pens - in bulk quantities?

It's urgently needed for history lessons at a school - getting the youngsters to use quill and dipping pens to see how it used to be done before laser printers!

Alternatively, has anyone got an easy recipe, using acrylic paint perhaps?
