Leaf gelatine
I have never used this and the recipe states *soak the gelatine in water. Melt the chocolate over simmering water. Squeeze the gelatine dry and add to the chocolate mixture and stir to dissolve.
Do the leaves not dissolve? do I take them out leaving the melted gelatine in the pan?
