Name this dog: Small, white, fox-like face

Size of a Pom is measured in weight rather than height, and they are tiny - nowhere near the size of a Corgi. They are more like a very heavy coated Chihuahua.
Ideal weight: dogs: 1.8-2 kgs (4-41/2 lbs); bitches: 2-2.5 kgs (41/2-51/2 lbs). One of the few breeds where the female is bigger than the male. Could also be a young German Spitz which come in two sizes, Klein are 9 - 11.5 inches, and Mittel are 12 - 15 inches tall at the shoulder.
