Hi there, can anyone back up the testimonials from the makers of Hoodia diet pills that they ACTUALLY do help you to lose weight?

I really need an appetite suppressant as I am a "grazer" - any ideas would be welcome, thanks.

quite possibly your grazing because you have reduced your food so you are in a cycle of constant eating. try and go for the 3 meal a day option, eat well, dont calorie count, dont eat diet food, eat normal food. your food cravings will go down once your body starts eating properly

Hoodia are rubbish - I wasted my money on them and them and they didn't make a jot of difference. I did lose a stone and a half on Alli though.

I bought them and did my research into the 'best' ones and spent a fair amount on them. Soooo wanted them to work but couldn't even fool myself into thinking that they had. Rubbish!!
If there was something that worked, we'd all be taking it!! lol

Apology but I have no experience of the pills you refer to, but I would say that generally speaking pills are not a good idea. Even if they worked (which must be debatable) then at some point you will come off them (unless you intend taking them all your life) and since you haven't learnt a decent diet you can stick to for ever, you are just going to put it all back on again.

I've no qualms about short term appetite suppression use, but you do need to learn to do without them. So might be good not to start ?
