Cat not well, does he need to see vet

Hi, my 11 month old cat has been sick about 8 times today, he isnt himself he's normally a lunatic but wont even come to us or look at the laser pen on the floor, dont know if he's drunk much/anything but he hasnt ate today, he was fine 24 hours ago. Some people say leave them and they'll get over it but not sure what to do, He gets really really agitated in the cage going to the vets (even the vet said he was over anxious) so dont want to stress him out. Hes only recently (1month) started going out but we have had his injections all done. Any help greatly apperciated

Hi wduk,I can understand your worry about stressing him further,cos we had 2 house cats,but,this sounds extreme and you should get him to your vet asap.Is he sleeping at all or not able to get any rest?
