what is the fleshy lobe on domestic fowl called?

On turkeys at least, the fleshy lobe hanging from the throat is a dewlap, also called a wattle. It is not so well developed on a female as compared to a male.  On male turkeys, there is also a finger like projection hanging over the bill that is called a snood...
I always thought it was called a crown and that dewlaps were the fleshy bits hanging on a cows neck.....always something new to learn
