funny cat habits

Harvey Pickle Pants seems to go through funny little phases - and his current one includes some very weird behaviour... he has grown out of his laying in the bathroom sink habit...

except now - he lies down on the carpet - and LOVES you to smack his bum.... (not smack - more patting it hard).. he goes crazy for it.. so much that when you walk off - he runs after you and falls over onto the floor asking for more!! kinky huh!!

PLUS - at night.. he wakes me up and I have to lay in bed with my arm outside the duvet cover - with my palm of my hand facing upwards and he sits down - and nods off with his front paws curled up under his body IN MY HAND!!! only the front paws - and usually he can only fit one paw in my hand.. and I'm not allowed to pull my hand away!!! ha ha

Snoopy fat cat loved butterflies and moths, even when he was a very old boy he would still find the energy to potter round the garden after them, his brother was the spidercat though, would sit all night making that clicking noise until they came far enough down the wall to pounce. Tinkerbella prefers rats but she will stalk spiders if they are in the floor

My brother's first cat, Minty used to jump on the treadmill with him of a morning when he was doing his exercises. being an awful tease he once tied Minty's catnip toy to the controls so it dangled down, poor Minty was running like a race horse getting nowhere fast trying to get to his toy.

Smoke just head butts my nose until I wake up & he likes to sleep on the flat roof with his head & front paws on the roof & bum, back paws & tail hanging over the edge. Frightens the living daylights out of me with that one.
