Have read two books this week - Eat Pray Love and Waiting for Columbus. Two lines have stood out:

"Man - they've got mossies round here big enough to rape a chicken...." (A guru in India)
and
"Is kissing someone's ring the highest form of respect?" (Columbus, about the Pope).
