Bert and Ernie
or Eric and Ernie !!
Actually, I think Eric might be a very good name for a cat - very dignified. We had one called Cecil!!
Dick and Dom
Mac and Tosh
Ben and Jerry
Blacken and Boris
Simon and Garfunkel
Frankie and Benny
Why has nobody thought of morecambe and wise
Look up there Annie^

I said Eric and Ernie!! ;o)
Oh sorry lofty have just seen your answer

Ant and Dec, Vic and Bob, Mutt and Jeff, Kane and Abel, Rosencratz and Guildenstern, Jammy and Dodger, Mick and Keef, Peters and Lee, Bradford and Bingley, Withnail and I, Fish and Chips, Boady and Doyle, Starsky and Hutch. Can't think of any more just now, but you get the drift... :)
Rosencratz and Guildenstern

Imagine calling them in!! ;o)
Mike and Bernie
I second Bert and Ernie (tried to get my boyfriend to call his kittens that but he went for UFC fighter names!)
Also- Baloo and Bagheera as an alternative to Mowgli
Salt and Pepper
Cagney & Lacey

Sylvester and Tweetiepie
They might be house cats Lottie (they might be too scared of bullies to go out with those names! :) )
Spongebob and Patrick
Oooh annie!! You have just made me realise that I want to call my future male cat Gary (after the snail in Spongebob)
