What rights do i have??

Bought a 10 year old Golf on 1st October 2010, Window regulator broke on 1st day / failed to start on 4th day / engine management light came on on 7th day / failed to start on 12th day / loses power 1st thing in morning / had to fit new battery 15th day and have had to take out the sound deadining on the passenger footwell because it was stinking and totally saturated / engine management light back on 19th day.
Need to know if I can ring the dealer and ask for full refund, i appreciate the car is 10 years old, but this is a few too many faults within a three week period!
Any advice would be appreciated.

Did you buy as seen? did you sign as seen tried tested approved? have you given the garage the chance to put these items right? have they put them right? even IF the car is 10yr old you should have had better service out of the car than that, I take it you will not have paid a great deal of money for the car, advise always given on here, If you are not well up Mechanically minded take some one with you.
