I've got some carrots and onions cooking in a pan next door.

And ... on the terrace ... I've got 4 live lobsters.

The book says to kill them by stabbing them in the back of the head.

Eeuuwww!

I'm wondering whether to boil them instead.

15 minutes in the freezer should do it - any longer and it spoils the texture. I remember the very high pitched whistle when dropping them into boiling water - and the struggle to keep the lid on!
