Removing Grass from Gravel
9 Answers
Have a small garden which is all gravel. Grass is growing up through the gravel and weed killer hasn't done the trick (I've checked I'm not using weed killer that is ok to use to on grass). What else can I do to get rid of the grass?

However, you still get dust and particles and the tiniest hope for a grass seed will let it flourish. We either use spot weed killer on the bits which appear on the surface above the membrane, or just pull 'em out.
You'll need a residual herbicide which puts a barrier down and kills off any emerging seedlings. However, you'll first need to kill the existing weeds with a systemic herbicide such as roundup.
I believe pathclear is pretty good and will do both the above jobs but have a look in the garden centre first
