Bearded Dragons
My bearded dragons have turned out to be male and female rather than 2 females. Iv looked on internet and it says males have darker beards but thats not the case with mine :S confused.com
I saw them mating the other night and its freaked me a little.. I already have 4!
But if the female has eggs im not exactly gonna kill off the eggs.
Im just confused.. What do i do.?

I belong to a tortoise keepers group and it is considered both sensible and ethical to destroy excess eggs of species such as leopard and sulcata tortoises who are not endangered, grow big and need highly specialist and expensive care. Its better than ending up with more animals than you can care for yourself or can place in good permanent homes.
We had george and zippy (beardies) zippy used to lay around 36 eggs, We did try to incubate them, but it was very difficult as it has to be humid but not to wet, we found it very difficult so only tried the once, we just removed the eggs from the vivarium, Beardies mating looks very aggressive but very rarely inflict injury.
