Goldfinch

Has anyone else noticed an increase in Goldfinch in their garden this year?

I usually get a few, but this year have loads. Lets hope they're haveing a good breeding year.

3 come for the nijer seed. I never saw any before I started to put it out for them.

I also have Nijer feeders, have just noticed an increase this year, which can only be a good thing :)

I think they had a 2 brood spring certainly more aroundmy area.

Chaffinch I still have not had one come to my niger feeder, not one. And the seed is still at the same level from the day I put it out. You lucky people you.
