I thought after last year that she wouldn't be back so it's lovely to see
After last year when she brooded sterile eggs it is unlikely she will be successful in raising chicks this year so while it is lovely that she is still going strong she may tie up the services of a fertile male who could do more good elsewhere

rowan - I thought I read that the eggs had been fertile and that the embryos died at a certain point later - if they were, to start with, then maybe there's a chance this batch [?] may be ok - fingers crossed for her
Both the North Wales Ospreys @ Porthmadog have returned again this Year, they have been together for 9 Years and should Mate successfully again !
The Female Osprey has arrived @ Dyfi nr Aberystwyth, still awaiting the Male so hopefully he will arrive soon from Africa....
