30 fledged in 2005 I think, Tony. Her mate didn't return this year but she may find a new mate and breed next year....with luck...x

I don't know how many are fitted with transmitters this year.
Gness has 3O's history spot on.
I hope she'll find a new mate next year but she'll have fight for her nest as she didn't breed on it this year

When we went to Rutland recently, I saw the satellite tracker that they use. One of the wardens was showing it to another couple. It's bigger than you think.

I've seen them attached to hunting birds like hawks and falcons and they were quite small but then I suppose they had weaker signals because they only need power for a week or so
