So it's London Fashion Week.

I hope the News will be full of jolly shows, launches, etc.

There are over fifty catwalk shows coming up. Lots of celebs, lots of designers, lots of parties, and the magazines will have something to print for a change.

Enjoy! It's going to be fab.

And maybe a bit ponky.

Because it's in London.

But fab, apart from the ponky bit.

a as a lifelong resident i have never noticed it, perhaps as a kid, when we all had smoky fire places, i do wonder at your term ponky.

as to fashion week, well without giving much away, it's a pain in the arris for residents, as one of these takes place right near homes, and the cars, taxi's that drop off the models/visitors do so outside our buildings, they take up residents parking, or park where they please, engines running, waiting to pick up same models/visitors, the last time they jammed four streets, which meant no vehicle could get in or out, we have never welcomed it, it's always a major inconvenience. And it does go on all week, so its sleepless nights because of the noise...
as they say you can keep it.
