Saturday and it's a soggy one. Wet weather gear on the boat today. Not much wildlife around this morning.

Foxy is getting bold, I left his food right by the back door. When he tripped the lights I went into the kitchen and watched him. He saw me but carried on eating, but he took some with him. When there is a dry warm night I'll leave the back door open and have a chair and a book while I wait for him and see what happens.

Tiggy was very late, he came about half an hour ago. I always put his food out after foxy has been and gone or he'd nick it.

Have a happy day everyone.

The missing yacht has been found. But not the crew.
hello boaty. you posted while I was still typing.

still dry here at the moment so looks like I may able to spend the day in the garden - but well covered up after the other day.

went to penzance yesterday afternoon and on the way back bought another pond plant.
did it have more than one lift raft as one report said they found the life rat behind the wheel unused.
I heard they tapped on the hull of the boat and got no response and the life raft was still in place so had not be used. Very sad. Good morning from rainy Brasil by the way. Happy bank holiday.
believe me you don't want a fox in your house. whatever they leave behind stinks.
life raft not rat sorry.
morning sj.

Morning LJ xxx I wish it was dry here. It's a bit cool too, so warm clothing with the wet gear methinks.

We used to come down to your lovely part of the country when Vera could no longer travel to Ireland. We stayed in a B&B just outside Lostwithiel. Lovely so it is.

How big is the pond?
Morning Lady J ( or goodnight should I say - 1 am here)
morning sj xx had not heard that about the life raft..looks bad..

will light a wee candle for them ...
what time of the day is it in your part of brasil sj?

Morning SJ and minty. xxx You are a glutton for punishment my girl! :o}

Yes, the upturned hull it is. A diver went down but could not find the crew, It seems there must have been more than one liferaft, as I would expect. It seems the keel broke off and allowed water in.

Welcome to the asylum sj. :o}
not very big but then neither are the plants at the moment. it's inset into a corner of the patio about 8x4 I suppose.

Very nice LJ. A water feature just adds that little bit doesn't it. :o}
morning minty. had one going a couple of days ago.

go to get 6 more builders bags of shale stuff to spread on drive. are you willing to help?
Morning murray. LJ - it`s 1.15 here. It`s raining as usual. It is winter though so can`t complain. I was talking to my locally based colleages yesterday. There have been riots in this area in the past and apparently they want to organise some more to coincide with the World Cup so that they can get maximum publicity. Should be interesting!
