It's a beautiful sound, Cupid......were they in a V?....x
Chris....I have looked everywhere....even bought a local bird thingy in a foreign language on the way home.....this bird fits nowhere.....and I'm not too bad with birds.....
If it's new do you think they'll name it after me?.....What would it be?...x
Love Vermont, DT.....will open those when my connection isn't foreign flakey...xx
Not having to bale any water out of the car after arriving home from work earlier, had to go through several floods on my way home. Terrific downpours just before I finished work.
Will tell you my varnish tale soon, Minty.....this is a bit hit and miss.....
Gav.....some time ago I hired a canal boat for a day to treat friends who had helped me during MrG's illness......we had five Kingfishers flying by the side of the boat for about twenty minutes.....wonderful sight....x
I had a Kingfisher on my landing net last time I was fishing. Got pictures of him coming out of the water with a tiddler but they aren't much good as I didn't have a long lens with me.
Hi Gness x
A nice long walk with brother ... & I took a pic of leaves that had fallen on the ground ... all different autumn colours that I've made in to my wallpaper on my phone.
Yes the Brent Geese were in 'V'.
You can see them in their hundreds and thousands if I remember to get the tides right at Southend, Leigh-on-sea, Chalkwell etc.
