I turned up for my Eisteddfod stint today at a church......I had been given a throne like chair on a platform.....and the chair had wheels....

We're not letting Gness sit on that! said my friend, L who organises the Eisteddfod......it's got wheels and she'll fall off during a Sacred Song ......Anyway Gness...why are you wearing odd earrings? Honestly.....trust you!

I was!.....I'd shopped....I'd greeted folk wearing one white shell earring and one ornate silver elephant earring..... lord knows how I managed that.... :-(

Tonight was our big Winner's Concert.....L took centre stage....making sure everything went well......she looked lovely in her black and white.....well you do make an effort when you're on stage with a large audience.....and she'd had a really busy day.....just time to go home for a quick change and back again....

During our end of concert refreshments I complimented her on her hard work and how good she looked....But....I said......Why are you doing this wearing odd shoes?......☺

We looked down at one black shoe....cuban heel...and one blue shoe.....little stiletto heel.......

Oh how I laughed.....☺☺☺

Tony....we couldn't think why she didn't notice she was walking funny....but she's had operations on her feet recently and is used to feeling odd....
