It means that you are lucky to have sparrows in your area. Sparrows are rare, its good to look after them with suitable food & water.

It means that she will have as many descendents from that pregnancy as there are sparrows on the tree. If the MANY sparrows are in a tree to the LEFT of the pregnant woman's house (instead of IN FRONT) it means that she will have a larger than usual electricity bill for the next quarter. Shall I go on?
