well there is no such thing as a black list, I assume you mean how do you keep a clean credit record. That's very easy, always pay your debts on time. To build a good credit rating get a credit card and buy something small each month and repay on time each month.

After seeing delbull's other post I think the title was meant to say Blacklisted House.
We need more information, delbull. But it is individuals not addresses that are 'blacklisted'.
