Bank kept $10million aid given to poor

A court case to open shortly in London will hear that a $10million gift for aid from oil rich Venezuela that was given to Belize was kept by a Belize Bank.
The money was destined for social housing for the poor, but they never saw any of it. The bank claim the ex-President owes them money, so they are going to keep the Aid money.

At the time this took place, the bank was run by someone in Cameron's Cabinet.

Will this embarrass the Government? Is it another avoidable mistaken like the Andy Coulson appointment? Surely cameron must know some people who are not Dodgy?
