Bloody Childish idiots!

What is it with some adults that makes them behave like such bloody childish prats?
Here are work there are 4 units in the yard. Only 2 of the units have a dedicated parking space, mine and the one next door but there is ample parking for everyone else. This morning when I arrived one of the guys had his van parked in my space so I parked my car in the space next to another unit (one without a dedicated space). The guy from that unit showed up a little while ago and instead of parking his little van directly in front of his unit like he normally does, even though it isn't actually a parking space and makes it harder for me to get out of mine, he has decided to park it in front of my car so it would be impossible for me to get out without asking him. I then saw him doing something behind my car. It looks like he has a screwed a notice to the fence suggesting that is his space.
Well despite the fact he is hardly ever here, usually never parks there anyway, normally parks in an area that makes it harder for me to get out (but I just get on with it because I like to be a considerate neighbour) and that I've never been made aware that is HIS space, why the hell not just pop over - as my door is wide open - and say "hello, sorry to bother you but did you realise you have parked in my space?". I would have happily moved my car. Theres no need to be a complete fudging dick wad about it.
I'm waiting until I need to go out in a while where I will politely ask that he moves his vehicle 3 foot forward to where it would normally be, so that I can get my car out. Prick.
You all get this rant because there is nobody here in the office for me to moan at.

Well 'my' space is a space for our office and as it was my Directors van parked there I didn't have a problem with that. I also didn't think there would be a problem with me parking in the general use spaces and as that's where I was parked didn't see an urgent need to move my car back to my space once the van had gone until I was moving it anyway as there is hardly anyone in the yard today.
Jesus, when did it get so hard to have moan on here.
