If one writes via Contact Us to the Ed - does the Ed ever answer via email or is one just ignored??

If you really want to contact the ED try The Ship, (where the serious editing is done!) Frizrovia New Cavendish Street or Crystal Guides on, Tel: [phone] at118-120 Great Titchfield Street London. The Managing Director is a MR R Johnson

If your query is regarding a technical difficulty that you are having, it is forwarded on to the technical team who will then get in touch with you once they have sorted out the problem.

If it is something that I can deal with, I do so. I have the option of emailing you or posting a reply on the site.

I've emailed the ed once 'cos they banned one of my answers,  I asked why and I haven't had a reply to date.

Dear Tim,

If you take a look at the Site Rules you can see some of the reasons why an answer may have been removed from the site.  It could even have been removed due to reporting.

At the moment due to the huge amount of content on the site it is not always possible to get an individual reply, however I would like to apologise if noone got back in touch with you.
