I don't get this, either. I think the only way this can happen, is if the suspended person tries to use other usernames.

Im sure i read once (and no I cba to go look for it) that if a user tried to get around the suspension then they would be banned. Maybe he came back under another name?

Is the doc banned. If so it is a shame as at times he could be very entertaining. Although I know at times he was controversial.
