Changing Email Address

Sorry if this is the wrong section.
I'm trying to change my email address as I've stopped receiving email updates to the threads I'm subscribed to (don't know why and no they aren't going to my junk folder) since yesterday, but everytime I press submit it jumps back to the old address that I have just deleted and replaced, any suggestions as to why this is happening?

Never mind I've sorted it. so does this site not accept sky.com email addresses then?

This happens when you try and enter an email address already in the database.

Hi I sorted it by using a hotmail address, my sky one it wouldn't accept, it just kept replacing it with the old one when I pressed submit.
