Computer crashes

I've had several computer crashes recently and see there are references to the problem in the search facility above. These involve downloads of one sort or another. Has someone actually tried one of these please and found it works well and is not too complicated? Thanks.

Where are the crash reports coming from? You have to be careful it is not scareware / scams.

Follow these steps to fix computer freezes problem::

Remove unused programs
Install and run antispyware software
Free up wasted space with Disk Cleanup tool
Defragment your hard disk drive
Fix Registry errors
