Since I have completed my laser treatment to stop ze little 'red' cells forming in my peepers, I find that when I put my glasses on it takes a second for my eyes to adjust to normal.
Should I go get my eyes checked incase I need to have the script changed?

I would - just to be on the safe side.
I would give them a little while to settle down, a week or two. If they are still taking a while to focus then get them checked out
