This post is not about the removed ones but about the protocol of removing threads.

Will I be informed at some later stage as to why that happened or do I have to contact the Ed?

If they were your questions it could either be (a) that Ed didn't like the topic being discussed or (b) there were so may posts being removed on the thread that Ed thought it better to scrap the whole thread

I have had one removed recently, but I knew perfectly well why. I had annoyed someone with jokes that were not politically correct. My own fault, because I knew what they were. Some regulars saw them and laughed though and that's my aim to make people laugh, so some people have not got a good sense of humour.

All you need do, tilly, to see some of the daft remarks in middle of the night is to bring up on screen some of the night threads. Shame that it collapses a bona fide thread though....
