I've managed to put mail received into alphabetical order but I don't know how and I DON'T WANT TO. I know it's something really simple but then again so am I!!!
How do I put things back to date order please?

go into "view", then "sort by" and you can chose how to sort your mail. Good luck!

If you click on the date bit in the bar above all the e-mails, you should get them in date order. I used to do it all the time at work.

Tried that, alphabetical isn't an option

the alphabetical option is "subject" - if you change it to "received" and "descending" you should get the latest emails shown at the top of the list.

if u click that bar again it will display them in oldest emails at the top, and u click it again to change it to newest at the top. so do i get a couple of stars for that extra info to corbyloon? or am i chancing it?

smee I'm confused and more to the point, so is Brenda The Elephant. Who do you want removed and from where? We don't want the wrong place trashed-sorry of course I meant resources expended at the wrong location....

Cloo, sorry for the confusion. If you look on Body & Soul you may see me message 'Boyfriend won't go'. It is the git next door who I would like, desperately, removed. As we are in semis there may be a little collateral damage. His partner and I are v good friends so communal living won't be a problem! I've now upped the payment to 9 cakes and 3 bags of cookies if you can get this sorted by Friday!

Click the 'Recieved' tab at the top of the date column and items will sort by date, click again and it will sort in reverse order.
