Should the Jokes topic be renamed as Humour to allow a wider range of postings?

e.g. I came across http://www.thepoke.co.uk/2013/04/26/unfortunate-publishing-layouts-of-our-time/ the other day but it's not jokes as such; however it might provide a chuckle and so a humour topic would be the obvious place for posting it.
