Slow Response On 'answered' Tab In My Profile

Hi Ed, I'm getting a very slow (15-20 sec) response when I click the 'Answered' tab in my profile. This is happening in Chrome and IE8 on two different machines and has been happening for about a week.
I can navigate the rest of the site quickly and without problems. Other tabs, topics and posts come up instantly when I click on them. It's just my 'Answered' tab. Any ideas?

This made me curious Calibax so I tried it and I am experiencing the same thing.

Not just on my own answers tab. Just as slow if I go to other members profile & click on Answered.

I'm on Chrome and AB seemed fine earlier, but now I need to click repeatedly whenever I try to navigate- eg clicking on my profile or on Latest Posts. A few times I've given up and clicked on something else

Same here using my Samsung Tab. I thought it was the tablet.

Mine's fine on Firefox but you all have over 10 times the answers that I do so I wonder if that's the cause.

Me too - I posted about this a few days ago and got IGNORED (harrumph).
It's more like 50 sec to 1 1/2 minutes for me.

Chrisgel may be right - it's very fast on 'new' users and very, very slow on anyone with loads of answers ...

Same for me. It's been like this for as long as I can remember.

I'm now checking out how things are on my laptop and they too are woefully slow.

Laptop running Windows err......8 and Chrome.....probably.....??????

I think it's caching the answers. The more you have, the longer it will take.
Works fine on my profile with my meagre 1700 odd answers.
SD and Mojo-Jo-Jo take much longer.

And Ummm (80,000 plus answers) alowed me time to make a cup of tea!

Takes about 30 seconds. I just timed it.

One second to get my own list of Answers. 14 secs for ummmm's to surface.

I am using Firefox 21.
