And, Mowbray, I think it's once a week you'll receive an e-mail from AB telling you which of your "Subscribed" has/ve been updated.

Hi Mowbray,

You subscribe to a thread when you want to receive email notifications when it is updated - i.e when people post answers to it. Because unless you are the person who originally asked the Question that started it off, you won't receive email notifications.
