UKIP in plymouth have been criticised for having the wreath they layed at a Rememberance day ceremony prominantlt decorated with their logo

It should be recognisably from UKIP - I mean, I can't see anything wrong with their logo being included...it just seems a little big - almost as if the poppies were merely a bit of decoration around the logo.

Got no problem with it, it's always nice to know who laid a wreath, sometimes more notably who didn't, perhaps.

Difficult to say without seeing what the other Parties did on theirs in comparison.

Much as I abhor BNP-lite, as they are a legitimate political party in Britain, I suppose they are entitled to lay a wreath. Not sure that their Poundshop logo makes much difference. They will have got more negative publicity from this than positive, so many its all to the good.

agree with Baldric, I'd need to see other wreaths to know what the standard is. I can't find any photos though. This one does seem like a small wreath with a big logo, but it may not be; I certainly wouldn't take the word of their political rivals for it.

They're not the first to make political capital out of Remembrance ceremonies. Remember the Tories tearing into Michael Foot because of the style of jacket he wore at the cenotaph?
