Email Answers to yourself (or others)
It would be useful to be able to have an "Email yourself this answer" or Thread.
I have tried cutting and pasting the text, but because of the formatting I am getting half of the page rather than the text I want...
Just a thought
Possibly email to someone else too...?

One ABer pointed out that if you highlight the text and then go to "Edit", "Copy" - you can do it that way. Apparently the keyboard shortcut ways (Ctrl + something) work too. It's just the right click way that doesn't work.
Of course an alternative would be just to email yourself, or someone else, a link to the thread, but copying and pasting the address from the address bar!
Click here for the Firefox website.
There are three ways around this problem, Keldar - or four if you choose QM's answer of Firefox.
Select the envelope icon and send to yourself via Send a Link or Send a Page.
Or....click three times on paragraph of selected text, this will then become highlighted - Copy then Paste into Word. If it's three paragraphs you will need to click three times, Copy and Paste each time. Bit of a bind but it is easier than it sounds - and it works well for this particular format.
It's the multiple triple-clicking that is necessary if you want to copy/paste more than one paragraph which seems so utterly pointless to me, Cetti. That's why I invariably suggest Firefox.
Having downloaded it and assuming you're using IE to browse AnswerBank, here's the procedure:
click once to go to Firefox, click once to go to Bookmarks (ie their version of Favourites), click once to go to the appropriate AnswerBank page, then proceed to copy the whole schmear in one go! Total 'clickagery'...four!
I truly cannot see why anyone would choose to do it any differently.
