Banned/removed questions and answers

To the ED od AB.  If Ab decide to ban or remove questions and answers can't they at least tell the reason why?

Hi all,

We have bandied this suggestion, in its various forms, about the monastery. People like me who deal in words are keen on the idea. Whereas people who deal in binary numbers, like the Heavies for example, grunt and chortle in response.

well... when people report questions, they are invited to tick a box explaining why. Could the contents of the box be automatically added to the question when it's removed, so the person who posted it, and who can still see it while others can't, could be made aware of what the problem was? I know the monks don't like being given extra work to do, but since the ticked box is already there...
