Is this the only chat site you use or are there others ?

Albeit as good as this site is I would like to join another aswell.

I only use this one but have come across other forums which seem to be more aimed at specialist subjects. None of them have the ease of use, speed and frequency of replies or the pleasant technology of this one though. I've seen people mention answerbag but when I looked it had all the disadvantages I've already mentioned.

Only AnswerBank, Fusion.....have looked at others when I've been noodling but they seem dull and full of ordinary people......

Lycos Chat used to have a good reputation but I've never tried it and I'm amazed that it's still there. (It was one of the earliest chatrooms available):

As Prudie mentioned earlier, some sites are aimed at specialist subjects. I'm interested in clocks and watches so I joined the National Association of Clock and Watch Collectors site. It's amazing how many people there are in so many countries who also belong to it. It's not so much a "chat" site as a trading of information, techniques, comparing notes etc. By the way, don't try to visit NAWCC as it's been down for two days with some major problem...Only TIME will tell when it's back running:)
