Answer Removed

Hi, I'm quite new to this site. I've looked through a few Q&As, and some have 'answer removed' in the replies. Whose decision is to remove answers?

Anyone can report an answer and the site moderators review these reports and have the ability to remove inappropriate or abusive etc answers.

No grasscarp...the mods do not get to see reports but can remove answers/threads.
