Go to Start > Settings > System
Choose 'Default Apps'
Scroll to 'Web Browser'
You should then be able to choose which browser your links should open with. If a browser is already listed, click on its name and you'll then be offered whatever alternatives are installed on your computer. (If you've not installed an additional browser, such as Firefox or Chrome, you should just have a choice of Internet Explorer or Edge. If the current choice isn't working, try changing it to the other one. If that then works, you can always change back again later if you want to).
