Hi Ed, because I've only just corrected my old email, I have lost email responses of any best answers. Not sure if I do have any- but would like to see. Is there a way of getting them up?(not very techi) :-) thanks.

Patsy, I think the problem is this:

You have changed your email address.

Have you now got more than one address in Gravatar?

If so, is your new address the primary one, i.e at the top of the list?

If not, you must make it so by clicking on it then clicking 'make primary'

All should then be well.
