How about having an audio version of rating answers?

Three stars would be replaced by the sound of 1000 folk clapping, stamping their feet and shouts of "GAUN YIRSEL!!!!!!" 

Two stars would be 500 folk clapping and the odd "YIR NAE WRANG PAL!"

one star would be 100 folk and polite applause.

Robina I think the Monks are allowed to tut as long as it's in Latin. The sound of The Heavies trashing the place along wi cries of "LET'S GET THE *&%%�+!" coud be added as a negative rating.

great idea, let's go multimedia! Perhaps scents could also accompany stars - attar of roses for 3 stars, haven't got beyond that yet but rotten eggs for negative rating might do

Yes a whole AB experience.

Maybe different smells for different categories. Interesting rural whiffs for Animals, aromatic oils for Body & Soul, fresh paint & flowers for H & G.
