Edit Post Facility

Is there any way we can edit our posts.I have shaky hands (due to medication) and often post (without checking) and notice after, several mistakes(grammar/spelling)It would be nice if we were able to correct mistakes in our posts.

No there isn't an edit facility and Ed is not at all keen to have one for fear of misuse.


I too make plenty of errors, I simply add a correction when and if I spot it, especially if it affects context.

Done it 3 times today at least.

no; as Mamya says, if you make a real howler you can always correct it in another post. For me, I just ignore routine typos (unless they're funny), everyone makes them.

You can always check before submitting ... but somehow the immediacy of an online conversation seems to militate against doing that.
