'mustard/yellow'splats On Washing And Windows!

Can anyone explain what on earth is splatting tiny blobs of mustard/yellow coloured stuff on my washing and everywhere outside my house? the other day one splat landed on my hand, about the size of a grain of rice rather liquid in consistency, it is very staining yet when I looked up I could not see anything that could have dropped it. My window cleaner once told me that the yellow blobs on my windows was bat poo! but whatever this is its in the daytime. Thanks in advance.

that makes sense. Nectar is surely mustard/yellow colour and I suppose bees must poo.
Would never have thought of that.

Thanks for that guys, checked out bat poo websites and it confirms the answer. In view of the fact that there is a hive only a 100 yards up the road it seems I can't avoid getting bat pooed!
