Mine have never posted correctly � I always have to type into Word and copy/paste � that�s why my text is sometimes (but not always) in a different font. Work are also quite strict and so we can�t change the settings on our PC.

I e-mailed the AB Tech's yesterday to ask them the same thing & to look into rectifying the problem.

Let's hope they will do soon, as it's quite offputting trying to read through all the gobbledegook!

Listen to JjP, he appears to know the answer to your current formatting problems.

The AnswerBank has recently undergone some technical advancements in the backend department and because of this, those who have installed "Hotbar" or similar Adware are experiencing these formatting problems. Hotbar is where you get all those emoticons and smiley faces. What they don't tell you is that it also sticks html tags onto your AB posts.  

Unfortunately then, the problem is on your end. Have a look at the link Jjp provided and this one
