For the second time I spent nearly an hour on the phone with Talk Talk trying to sort out the cockup with my email account. I kept being put on hold, then transferred to somewhere else. Eventually cut off.
So Had to create a new email address. I have gone with gmx but not very happy with the set up. I realise I haven't much choice but how do TT get away with it?

Had "mega" trouble with TT before Caran, wouldn't touch them with proverbial 10ft pole. Hope you get things sorted.

They get away with it because they are dirt cheap and total crap. That is why I would never have a combined telephone/broadband line. My phone is with BT and for internet access I use an O2 mobile dongle. I have had very few problems.

Been with TT about 20 years. Fine until now. New email addy a bit difficult to get to grips with but I'm sure I'll survive!

Still got my phone and Internet with them though. Hope it's going to be Ok.

Remember that Talk Talk used to be called Tiscali, who were notorious for their poor service and customer care.
