Vodafone Keep Adding 'surprise' Charges. I'm Tired Of 'fixing' It Every 90 Days. Help!

This is going to sound utterly stupid, however, I can't get our Vodafone bill to remain within the contract. Perhaps I shouldn't complain, but it's driving us to drink! Every 90 days I have to fight to get hold of a 'Superwisor' who issues a litany of apologies, gives us a month's free credit, removes the spurious charges. The following month all looks ticketyboo, but then the month after that it looks as if a pair of hyenas have shredded the billing and voila, new spurious charges appear!
We have a set price for internet and phone. But 11 months ago we discovered we were being billed for the cost of International calling. We'd phone, they'd take it off and they'd even give us £10 credit as an apology. 2 months later, the International billing would be back. Again, we'd phone and it would be sorted, only to repeat itself 60 days later. Then we started being billed for the phone as a separate item, raising our bill by almost £30! We got it fixed and our first 'apology' of a month's credit began. 60 days later we were now being double billed for local calls. This 'fix,' along with profuse apologies, netted us a permanent 'discount' of 50% on our monthly unlimited local calls - now making our 'add-ons' only £4 for unlimited UK calls. Once again, all was ticketyboo, until 60 days later and now it's all back to the beginning - we're being charged full whack for individual phone, internet, and local calls, PLUS the International call package they'd removed 5 months earlier.
Ditto: Another month's free credit in the form of an apology and 'most sincere assurance' that the billing problem was now sorted. Fat Chance! The first bill was correct, Danke Gott! But on the second bill, you guessed it, we were back again with ALL the charges despite our contract.
And it has gone on. We've now had FOUR months of free service, multiple credits, a 50% discount on our UK call package. But today, as sure as cramps can occur every 20-30 days or so, the bill has arrived and it's even worse! We now have double billing on everything!
I've already complained to CISAS, completed all the paperwork and have heard back from the 'management' of Vodafone offering their sincere apologies and promise of further credits, along with the promise that it's 'once and for all FIXED!' Yep, and Dolly Parton sleeps on her stomach! I've just checked online and discovered we're back to start one. We have been charged for International calling as well as full rate for the local calls.
I'd rather be faced with being responsible for the settlement of the Brexit debacle than have to deal with the odious cretins at Vodafone any further. We still have 7 months remaining on our account... From whom may I get help? I'm fed up! Saddest of all, we have absolutely no problems with any of the technology involving our phone or internet. It's just the same old problem which is often referred to as 'the human factor.' Is there anyone else to whom we may go to help us sort out these miracles of modern technology?
AND - is there anyone else having similar challenges with Vodafone?
