Not to bad for me this week, with a score of 5 out of 7, but it seems to be an easier week than most, so I'm expecting to see at least a few scores of 7 from you fellow ABers!

[ADVANCE NOTICE: I won't be posting this thread next Friday as, after 11½ months on the waiting list, I expect to be having my prostate op on that day. Perhaps someone else could start the thread off instead?]

^^^ Yes, I do know the difference between 'too' and 'to'! I'm just a lousy typist ;-)
only 4.
best wishes for next week

It's more than half anyway, Woofgang!

Thanks for your best wishes.
Only three for me, worst score yet!
6 here, the Chinese coin *** got me.
I'm a plonker!
Best wishes for your op.
I'll do the thread, Buen. If I remember.
Good luck with the procedure.
good luck with the procedure....!

Oh dear, Cashier - and I thought they they were easy! Better luck next week!

Well done, DTC. You've taken the lead!

Oops, Tilly! Is that a 3 - or even less perhaps? Let's hope that you do better next week (assuming that some kind soul starts this thread off in my place, of course).

Crossed posts there, Tilly! Thanks for standing in for me and thanks too for your best wishes.

Thank you, DTC and Cashier!
5 for me too. Will be thinking of you next week. About time. Hope all goes well
Gosh I got 6, helped with 3 lucky guesses
5/7

Good luck with the Op Chris x
I got one right.

Will you be able to wee freely after the op? Is it a day stay in the hospital?

I got an eye op as a day patient and when I woke up there was only one other patient (a bloke) and he was being 'escorted' by two prison officers.
6/7 not too bad
good luck for your op Chris...

Thanks for joining me in the Fabulous Fivers, Calmck and Mamya, but Prudie goes into the (joint) lead on 6. Well done!

Oh dear me, Susan! Just 1? Can you find a way to blame Frankie?

Thanks for your good wishes, everyone. It will probably be a two or three night stay in hospital, Susan. I'll still have the catheter in after the op but (to use the words of the staff nurse at Ipswich Hospital's Pre-op Assessment Unit) "When what comes out changes from red wine to rosé, we'll take it out". I should then be able to pee again (for the first time in a year) but I've warned that it will probably be both difficult and painful at first.

Yet another joint leader! Well done, Emmie! (but still nobody on 7 yet - I'm surprised!)

Thanks for your good wishes.
6 for me. Best wishes for the op next week.
